humans and (in theory) MH Monsters who's cells can not survive alone without the rest of the organism. Gawain would likely be immune to Gore's Frenzy Virus, though, having unnatural physiology, so that is one advantage.Įvery body in this discussion answering from a God Eater perspective as a big fan of both I'd say you'd actually get a big fat NULL, with some beat downs in the Aragami's favor.Īs others have pointed out Aragami as a whole are colonies of oracle cells forming a larger organisms while themselves still being fully functional individually VS. So long as Gore doesn't try to eat him or let his claws linger in a wound, this round would probably end in an MH win. He's fast, strong, and unpredictable, but not very defensive. Other than the inherent Aragami abilities, he's all physical, no really superpowers. There are some MH monsters that could probably beat most Aragami, but the top-tier Aragami like Ra or Anubis would have a decent advantage over most other monsters.īut if you want specifically Chrome Gawain, he's probably one of the more even match-ups. Plus, they're technically immortal, as they'll eventually revive if their core isn't ripped out and contained or destroyed, but they'll still go down for a few hours or days even if their core is left alone. Plus, the more they eat, the more they evolve, hence why the Aragami get more and more powerful and complex with each game. They absorb anything that enters their body, even if it's through an open wound, provided you could even pierce their usually-metallic hide, hence why the God Eaters use their God Arcs, which are basically man-made Aragami in weapon form, making use of the Aragami cells' resistance to each other to make a weapon that can hurt them and can't be eaten.īasically, Aragami are incredibly tough, but if you can manage to hurt one, it'll hurt right back and probably heal itself in the process. Those organisms can break down any material and convert it into themselves, hence how they brought down modern society as quick as they did. I'm not as educated from the monster hunter side, but the Aragami are collections of single celled organisms taking the form of giant monsters, rather then being actual biological animals.
